Ambassade Hotel - Amsterdam

When we arrived we have been upgraded to the suite. The staff was incredibly nice and kind. The room was very large and stylish. The breakfast is generous and very good served in a beautiful room. The location is perfect.

we could not have enjoyed this hotel more. the location, furniture, staff, 24-hr room service, overall attention to details like cleanliness, plenty of towels, everyday change of bedding, flat screen tv with lots of english channels. the delicious buffet bfast - absolutely everything was perfect!

Fantastic location very central but quiet at night.

Comfortable rooms; very helpful staff; all major sites in Amsterdam were within a 20-30 minute walk; great cafes within 2 blocks

Location is perfect, quiet, lovely room with a very good bathroom. Nice setting and typical Dutch - canal houses architecture.

I loved the hospitality of the hotel staff.

The staff of the hotel was wonderful, the romm we were given had a magnificent view over the canal, was big enough and very clean. Would suggest to change the TV set and put DVD player in each room.

Consider asking for a room with canal views for a more immersive Amsterdam experience. The scenery is amazing.

location: the hotel was short walk to the nicest areas of amsterdam offering many different directions for walks. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee, two large windows and closet space.

Nothing everything is perfect.

The room was gorgeous with a lovely canal view! Super comfy king-size bed made it easy to sleep like a baby. I loved the elegant decor and the extra touches like the Nespresso machine. It was clean and spacious, feel cute. Perfect spot.

Location and atttiude of staff

The Ambassade was located in the heart of Amsterdam near the Nine Streets - a perfect location for shopping, browsing and exploring the many boutique stores in the area.. It was within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Anne Frank House. Our room was located on the third floor of the hotel and had windows that opened out onto a beautiful view of the Singel canal. It was spacious, clean and a perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring Amsterdam! Each of the concierges that we met during our stay at the Ambassade was friendly and helpful. They organized bicycles for us to ride and made excellent suggestions about where to go for dinner - all of which were fantastic! Our stay at the Ambassade was a wonderful experience and one that we will never forget!

I was captivated by the elegant décor and cozy library-bar area, perfect for relaxation. The charm of the vintage furniture and CoBrA art throughout the hotel created a wonderfully inviting atmosphere .

A more powerful hair dryer would be appreciated.
